REFUND POLICY
Courses offered through 'MY EQUITY GURU' are inherently non-refundable. Nevertheless, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances, permitting refunds if the claim is initiated within 1-2 working days of purchase.
Special circumstances include
If course access is not granted, if duplicate payment is made by the customer, if there are issues with video quality rendering the course non-functional, or if events are canceled, appropriate actions will be taken accordingly. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
Reasons for denied refund claims
My Equity Guru reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict or decline refund requests under the following circumstances:
Should a significant portion of the course be accessed, or any content downloaded by a student prior to the refund request.
In the event of multiple refund requests for the same course by a student.
If there are suspicions regarding the legitimacy of the refund request or if the services are being exploited.
In cases where access to a timed event such as a live course or webinar was provided, and the student failed to participate for personal reasons after the event has occurred, we will not be responsible to process the refund.
Refund Processing Period
Any refund claim will usually be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request has been approved by My Equity Guru.
